congrats! I arrived 2.5 months late as well. Did you explain this somewhere in your application or cover letter. Coz on the application it ask how long have you stayed in the UK. I would imagine you put down 4 years and 9 months, rather than 5 years?

so you applied based on date of stamping not the date of entry, is it right?
As long as date of entry is within 90 of stamping we can apply based on date of stamping, right?

Hi congrats. really happy for you. Pls can you help with following information on the form:

1. Section 5.3: Are you working in the UK? If so, what is your pay each month
after income tax and other deductions?

Q: What should I enter in here since my salary varies each month bcos of overtime payment I receive which also varies

2. Section 6.2: Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those applying
under Tier 1 (General)

Q: I have my HR letter that was given to me back in January when I applied for schengen Visa to Paris for 3days (Work Related). Would this letter still be valid or should I ask HR for another letter and if so what is the earliest date the letter and is there a sample format of this letter?

3. Section 9 (A4 & A5): Point scoring assessment

Q: I have worked for the same company for a year now and have been given pay rise within this one year. Should I enter details of the 2 separate salaries earned or just most recent?

4. Section 9 (E1): Confirm whether you wish to claim points for your UK experience

Q: I believe I can claim points here?

Thanks
