Appendix 2 applicant signature

Hi,
I am filling appendix 2 for my child's visa as settlement dependent and found that there is no applicant signature option in the whole appendix 2 form.

Can anyone who filled the appendix2 earlier please clarify whether there is no applicant signature and date in the whole form.

This is just an appendix ... the main form VAF4A is the only place that a signature is required.
