Post by amricu » Wed Jul 10, 2013 4:08 pm

Hi experts ,

i would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

i had already applied for my dependants Tier2 dependants visa (they do not qulaify for ILR) . the application had already been logged (but there are some delays at the visa post.) now the problem is im having my ILR appointment very soon .

so my question is , what will happen to my depenandts Tier 2 application if im granted the ILR ? woult thier application be refused or not ? as at the time they applied i was on Tier2 ?

appreciate your help
