My WIFE NEED FP THROUGH MY MOTHER (EEA member) FROM OVERSEAS

Hi everyone ,
Can anyone tell me what document will be required for my WIFE to obtain Family permit through my mother who is an Italian citizen from a non-EEA country
I know that :
1. My marriage certificate
2. My birth certificate
3. And i have read that evidence of dependency on the EEA member
What kind of evidence of dependency is Required?
Can anyone help pls

Neither the Directive, nor the EEA Regulation extend the right under the regulation to the wife of the direct descendant of the EEA national.

You wife may only qualify, if she specifically meet the requirement of Regulation 8.

what do they refer to as dependant or memeber of same household? if I may ask.

Thanks eladine, SHe will will be coming with my Mother from Africa, which means she is qualified. she doesnt have to have lived with her in Italy which she is a citizen .
