Tier 2 SOC payslips

Hi,

I am currently on PSW visa. My employer agreed to sponsor tier 2 and increase the pay to 20,300 as per SOC codes. I have to apply visa in next 4 months as it expires in November 2013. Is it ok to show my payslips with some of them having pay less than 19,500 and some having 20,300 as proof.

It doesn't matter how much you earn now, you just need to be getting paid £20,300 when your Tier 2 starts.
