Travel Insurance for Parents

Hi All,
I am looking for Travel Insurance for Parents (age 67 years) from UK based Travel Insurance Company.

My parents are coming to UK on General Visitor visa for 3 months.

I am working on Tier 2 ICT.

My parents have B.P & are Diabetic.

I have checked Indian Travel Insurance companies but lot of negative reviews are written on them.
Hence I am looking for Travel Insurance from UK based Travel Insurance company.

Can you please recommend any good Travel insurance who could insure non- resident UK people.

Can NHS Hospital treat People on General Visitor visa with valid Travel Insurance ?

Pl. Help me in this matter.
