Pleae do any know what can I do if the wage of my wife is less than they ask to apply for settlement visa

The UKBA have put on 'pause' applications which would be refused only due to lack of finance. The information suggests you can apply but your application won't be processed until the Home Office have considered the High Court judgement on the minimum finance ruling.
