Dear All,

I have two questions about switching from PSW to Tier 2:

Job start date on CoS is 26/08/2013 and I booked an appointment at PEO on 29/07/2013. Then, is there any 14 days rule in place for Tier 2 application inside the UK? I mean do I have to apply for switching to Tier 2 within 14 days before start date of the job on CoS? My current leave is valid until 30-Aug-2013.

2-Can I use paper form for application for switching inside the UK or I have to use online form?

I dont see any issues wid your dates. Everything is well within time limit. Or maybe I dint get wat u were trying to ask.

You can use either. Personally I wud prefer paper

you are ok,
you can apply 3 months before the start date on he COS
