Tier 2 genral- dependent visa refused

Post by Munnachinu » Thu Jul 11, 2013 5:13 pm

I had applied for tier-2 general dependent visa from India.. They refused the entry clearance and the decision was made on the basis of the bank statement sent by my husband.. They say that u r required to show £600 funds available to u for a continuous 90 day period.. But the statement shows the amount of £2500 and the statement is from 28/2/2013 to 24/05/2013... I don't understand the problem.. Why they refused it.. Someone please suggest me what should I do and why they have rejected it...

Hope to reply soon.. :)

That's less than 90 days.

But if the period covered by the statement is less than 90 days it doesn't prove the money was in there for the full 90 days required.

Re-apply with bank statements showing the required maintenance amount for continuous period of 90 days minimum.
