Tier-2 ICT-- ILR query

Hi,

i came to UK first time on Dec-10-2007
Visa Type :- Work permit
Visa validity:- 28/11/2007 to 28/11/2008
First entry on the above visa in UK: - 10 Dec 2007 and stayed on this visa in UK for the entire duration and extended the visa as below in UK

Visa Type :- Limited leave to remain
Visa validity:- 13/10/2008 to 13/10/2010. i stayed on this visa until jan-26-2009 and relocated to india on Jan-26-2009 but worked for the same company and client in india for 1 year 2 months.

Though the above visa is valid until 2010,I have applied another visa to comeback to UK again. ( the reason i got from HR was the above visa will get invalid when i relocated to india as company has sent the details to UKBA that i have relocated to india)

Visa Type :- Visa Tier 2 (INT COM TRAN) MIGRANT)
Visa Validity :- 15/03/2010 to 28/03/2011

I reentered in UK on Mar-24-2010 and since then i am living in UK and did not go outside UK for more than one month and extended my visa 2 times in UK and my current visa is valid until 2015 Apr .
i have one time long gap 1 year 2 months.
can i count my UK stay since dec-10 2007?can you pls suggest me when can i am eligibile for ILR?
