Do I need to have 3 months Salary slip for Dependant visa for wife or 3 month bank statements are enough?

You need to provide two sources of income proof to show that you are economically active, in employment currently and can accommodate your dependant, as you are sponsoring her stay in the UK. Latest 3 months salary slips reflecting in your bank statement will satisfy the case worker that you are in employment. You also have to show maintenance funds for consecutive 90 days period.

do i have to include my details as main applicant even if im not applying for my self

2nd question is, in sec 6 after main applicant there is a question about ' are you employed '' is it for main applicant or for dependant to fill
