Do you think that is going to work, your ex and your new wife in the same place?

If you didn't want war and you really love peace, I will advice that you seek another accommodation so that you and your new wife can live peaceably together.

Yes they could refuse. If (for example) you're Muslim they make take the view that you have divorced your wife in order to bring a second wife into the country and will continue to live together. Why don't you find different accommodation before you apply for the spouse visa?

How they can know if she still live in the same house I have separate tenancy agreement,I couldn't found different accommodation with same advantage,I have been there 6 years it's near to my work and acceptable for spouse visa(own Spam and bathroom) in the top floor even I pay my tv licence separately,I'm Muslim but my ex is Christian.

You'll need to submit evidence of 'adequate accommodation' with your application and details of all current occupants in the property. Your landlord will have to provide a letter agreeing to your new wife joining you in the property. I assume you and your wife are registered for Council Tax and either your wife or both of you are on the Electoral Role? It's easy for the UKBA to check. Do you intend to lie?
