ILR Long Residency Form Querry

Post by Perdesi007 » Fri Jul 12, 2013 12:27 pm

Hello Every One

I am confused and need you help in choosing the correct ILR form to fill.

I am planning to apply for ILR on 10 years Long residence basis

I entered into the UK on 11-02-2004 as a student.

I finished my study in aug 2008 and then applied for PSW.

in April 2010 I applied for T1 general visa and got it extended in April 2013.

I am willing to apply for ILR in Feb 2014 on 10 years Long Residence basis but do not know which form to fill, whether I should fill SET (O) or ILR (LR). Please help.

Thanking you all in advance
