Hello guys,
I am in the uk from last seven years. From last two I was on spouse visa but due to marriage break down I couldn't apply for ILR. I applied for flro in may on compasionate circumstances( I have to attend court hearings for my devorce case and My education is still incomplete) but been refused last week now I am going to lodge an appeal again the decision.
My question is while my is pending and waiting for court hearing date. Can I apply for student visa from here? Should I wait for appeal hearing and if appeal gets refuse then I should apply for student visa with in 28 days?

it is not possible to switch from a spouse visa to Tier 4 from within the UK. If you want to apply for a tier 4 visa you would need to so from outside the UK.
