SOC code for Operations Manager and RLMT

Hi all,

I am going to change my job. I will work with new employer as operations manager. Could any one please confirm what soc code will be appropriate? I think its 1121 with £29,800 mimnum wage for experienced candidate.

Also employer is going to advertise on job centre plus and reed.co.uk- does this satisfy requirement?
