Hi everyone,
I also have the same problem as others in the forum. I applied psw on 5th apr 2012 and they refused on 15th jan 2013. My visa is going to expire on 31august 2013. After the CA's decision my solicitor said it's almost over. I didn't had appeal right so my solicitor went for Judicial review. Later he signed the consent to follow khatel case. I heard that many other having the same problem as mine got the visa but only people who were on hold with khatel case are in trouble. Is there anyone who personally know someone who got psw even if their result came after 5th April. Please let me know or send me contact no in Private message and I'll contact you.
