Spouse Application

Post by husbandman » Sat Jul 13, 2013 5:15 pm

I applied for indefinite leave to remain (long time residence) on the 28th of May, 2013 and did my BRP on the 17th of June, 2013. As of today the 13th of July, I am yet to receive a decision. My wife has been with me in the UK since the August of 2008 and on PBS dependant visa. My wife's visa runs out by the 12th of August, 2013. Please could you advise me on the sort of visa application form she should apply through noting that I am yet to receive determination on my indefinite to remain visa application. Thanks

I have moved your question.

See also ILR as a dependant of long residence rule.

Apply for flr(m) and ask for the decision to be made once your ILR decision is made (give ref number on flr(m) form). Once you are granted ILR and subsequently your dep is granted flr(m), s(he) should be able to apply for settlement immediately on set(m).
