Fine - Criminal Convictions?

Fine - Criminal Convictions?

Hi all,

I have the following

- Parking fine
- Fine for driving in a bus lane
- Speeding fine (No points on the license as had attended an instructor-led training course)

None awarded by court.

Will any of this affect my ILR application? My Tier 1 was awarded on 29th March 2010.

So only the fines imposed by a court are ILR blockers.

Is my understanding correct?

yes until 24 months from the date of conviction.
