Let me get this straight,

1. You have been married for over 3 years

2. You have a 7 years old child with this woman

3. She is currently working

4. The divorce is not currently finalised.

5. You are now with a British girlfriend.

If your EEA wife who you are about to divorce, prepared to assist you with he document.

you said she has been working part time for the last 4 years? if this is correct, that may be fine.
