ILR Application for Tier2 ICT

Hi,

I have got a question whether i am eligible for Tier2 ILR or not.

I am currently working for Multi National company who have got their office both in India and UK.

I have been granted Tier2 ICT from Jan 2009 for 1 year later got extended twice for 2,2 years.

So am i eligible for ILR in Jan 2014? Provided i have been working for same employer for more than 6 months from India ?

While i was working from India, employer was paying salary in Indian currency.

I would appreciate if anyone with same case can share his/her personal experience.
