Post by chrisclif2001 » Mon Jul 15, 2013 2:07 pm

Hey!!! i am new here but i have found the information very helpful.

I have had my business for over a year now. this problem is. i only have 10K in it. but i am going to transfer some money from back home into the account. this means i will have the whole 50k in the account within (and apply immediately) a very short period of time.

Question: has anyone had experience of someone being refused because the money all come in at once?

I think every other thing is fine, this is my only concern... Any Information would be appreciated.

they cannot just refuse you because of this without interview. however there are more chances they will call you for interview to ask source of funds as your majority of fund will be coming in short time. some of my friends got visa wihout any problem even their fund canme in one week. so it depends on case worker. I am not sure if it will be good idea to attach proof of transfer with application...

it shudnt be a problem as my friend got visa though his funds came in just 2days before application and he even attached print outs with bank stamp not a proper bank statement..

Thanks.. entrepreneur123 and Darvesh that has really given me a lot of relief.
I have been worried they might start asking too many questions about the funds.
THANKS!!! a million, i can concentrate on putting every other thing in order

Wait !!!
Are you talking about business account ?
IF Yes are you going to show money already invested ?
If yes then ok
If no then you cannot show money for investment in business account.

KickAss wow, your comment is a life saver
I've been thinking all along that the money needs to be in my business account. i have now read the UKBA website again, and i realise the money is actually meant to be in my personal account.

thats good. but if you showing 10k in business and 40k in personal then still you will come under part invested category(meaning you will need accountant certificate etc)
