Tier1(Gen)ILR - Need employer evidence for 20days outside?

The Expert,
I am a Tier 1 (Gen) intending to apply for ILR, please can you clarify the following for me:
1. Do I need to provide evidence from my employer for the 20 days I have been out of the country during my 5years qualifying period?

2. Do I need to complete an online SET(0) or complete a hard copy for PEO?
