well, before your application accepted you have to have stamp in your passport. so was wondering if you tell them to give you stamp 4 until your application for citizenship approuve. is that possible?

You should apply to renew your stamp 4 EUFam. Someone else might correct me, but I don't think they will give you a stamp 4 because you have a pending citizenship application, so you must have legal status in Ireland through another way while the application is being processed.
