Applying for an entrepreneur Visa from Nepal

I am 21 and I have been running a private limited company in Nepal for 7 month, I have worked in chemical company as a marketing executive for 2 years from may 2010 to july 2012. I started my own Capital and real estate business in january 2013.
I applied for a tier-4 General student visa to UK on May 16th 2013 to study BA(honors)Business Studies and the refusal decision came on june 20th 2013 stating that the high school documents are false although these documents are genuine, there might have some problem in document verification report.

I have applied for an AR to UKBA but yet no answer So I have been thinking of applying a fresh application for a tier 1 entrepreneur visa to establish a business in UK outside London. I have access to 50,000 GBP.

Can I apply for entrepreneur visa with this amount?
I have completed IELTS and score in 6.5
I can get 200,000 GBP in my account but need to take help from my parents.
How much should I invest in UK out of 200,000 GBP?

u can make T1E application from nepal with 200k access.....if u will show money from ur own account then its fine however if u show money from ur parents account then u need an third party declaration as well.

u will have to spend all 200k in 3y time and before u apply for an extension.

And what about my previous visa rejection?
That will affect this application. And can I first use 80,000 GBP for the first year and 120,000 GBP in the second year?
Do I have to keep showing UKBA that i have 200,000 GBP even after I get my visa even after I invest 80,000 GBP?

not sure what were refusal grounds in ur previous application...do we?

u must show access of 200k during application as well as continue have access to funds after the visa until u spent all 200k.

u can invest any amount of money anytime depends on ur need but it must be all spent by the time of extension.
