Recieved documents with letter advising 'Successful'

Post by dp2013 » Tue Jul 16, 2013 9:35 am

Hi All,

Today, I recieved my original documents submitted. Along with that a letter advising that the application is approved and need to wait for invitation letter. And not to contact Council.

I found that mine and my spouses 'Life in the UK' test certificates are not returned, is anybody in this forum experienced the similar ? And did you contacted UKBA for the documents, and recieved the document/s upon request ? You think I'll ever require those certificates in future, though I do have scan copies with me. Please advise.

Another thing I would point that application turn around is very quick, you can see my application timeline details in 'July's processing timelines'. Though I would say it varies on many factors, but I had not expected it to be so quick.

Finally, Thanks a lot to everyone for your valuable time and advices.

Kind regards,

Congratulations.

The Life in the UK certificates are never returned. I believe this is done to prevent fraudulent use of it in future. You don't really need it anymore.
