Dependent Visa for Family in India

Hi,

Can you please advise me on my family dependent visa.

I have received my ILR last week and I want to bring my family over here.

Previously when i got HSMP(2yrs) in Feb 2008, i had applied for dependent visa for my family but they didnt traveled to UK.

After that in 2010 i extended my HSMP visa which i got converted to Tier 1 General visa (3yrs) and i again applied for dependent visa for my family, to which they came to UK for 6 weeks and they went back.

Now in February 2013, when my visa got expired i applied for ILR and received now. And now i want to apply for my family.

Please advice me how much money do i need to maintain for each dependent. And i had maintain £4000-5000 in my bank for thr dependent visa. (i was under the impression of £833 each dependent but it seems that the rule has changed.) And both the time for my wife visa she didnt gave any english test.

So now is that mandatory for her to clear the english test?
And under what category do i need to apply?
I have 3 dependents.
