ILR Combination

I am about to write the Life in the UK Test and submit my application for ILR.

I am using 6 months of work permit period and over 54 months as Tier 1 General.

I will be using Form O. Has anyone applied for ILR using something like this? is there anything I should be careful of?

In terms of meeting the points, though, I am ok.
