flro application

Post by astro123 » Tue Jul 16, 2013 5:42 pm

Hi everyone, I have been following this forum for a long time. And I must say there are some inspirational people here. I have follow a lot of advices given by most of you. Today I have decided that I have to post and ask personal advice from the brilliant people here. I have applied for flro on the basis that I have British partner and British daughter since may last year. I did biometrics in august and I have not heard anything again. By the I am overstayer. I do call the home office from time to time and always the usual answer not completed. I called today and the lady asked me my details and then asked me again on what basis did I apply before she told me that a decision has been made and I should receive a package in a few days . I am a bit confused since they did not request further documents because a lot of people in this forum are asked for further documents. Could anybody who has been in this situation advice if I need to find further documents for appeal or judicial review . B ecause I was thinking getting a letter from my child school to support my application. Thank you and God Bless you all.

Wait until you get the decision.
