Help from senior members please

Hello Everybody,
I got ILR last month on ten years long residency,
I have 3 UK born kids here and my wife got dependent visa and i am going to apply spouse visa in October,
Just want to know, if i take child benefits and child tax credit, will it effect on my wife spouse visa in October?

Child benefit in your name and tax credits on joint names. Should not affect as you're not subject to immigration control.
