Family Visit Visa -- Pakistan

Hello there guys,

I hope someone can really help me as this is a question which I am not getting anywhere with.

Below is the situation. Currently my wife in Pakistan is pending appeal of a settlement application but we are fed up as already married for 3.5 years and hence appeal dates are ages away and my wife asked if we can apply for a holiday visa until the settlement application has been done with.

May I ask can you please kindly advise me details on the family visit visa when an appeal has been lodged and waiting a court date. Also what will be the chances of a tourist visa getting accepted.

Last question please can anyone advise exact documents I need to send to my wife for tourist visa and the documents she requires.

Hope to get some information from anyone who has some good knowledge in such complex cases

Reason for refusal is?

Would it be reasonable to expect your spouse to just visit the UK when she applied for a spouse visa?

The reason for refusal was that they thought my employment is not real without even contacting my employer as I work for a small sole trader business so they thought It is not real without doing proper checks.

Also we are quite fed up in Pakistan and I only want her to visit until or before the outcome has started as she will go back in 3-4 months. If you can advise would it be possible or will BHC Islamabad refuse it.
