Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General - CoS Title - Urgent!!!

Dear Manci and other experts ,

Please help me

I am chaning the emplyer from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General from within the UK.
I made entry clearance in march 2010 and uderstand that I can change emplyer from within UK.
My new employer has given me the Cos or the visa application and the title is 'Tier 2 General - Change of Employment'.

I understand this the correct Cos type.
Please confirm.
I have the appointment for premium service tomorrow.

Have you successfully switched over from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General successfully?
Also, the period you have spent on Tier2 ICT is carried forward to Tier2 General?
