ILR Dependent Maintenance Requirements

ILR Dependent Maintenance Requirements

Hi All,
This forum has helped a lot and i need another clarification.

I am pretty sure, there's no maintenance fund requirement for ILR application for main applicant but is that valid for Dependent also?

I am on Tier 1 - General and dependent applying along with main applicant.

I am submitting last three months bank statement with some balance. But my latest statement would be 1 months 2 days old as i won't have received recent statement. Is this OK?
