info. for new course application due to UKBA revoked college

Hi ,

I started a level 6 course on 09/08/2011 in a college for diploma leading to MBA but the UKBA revoked the license of the college on 23/04/2013 so I am on 60 days grace period now. I was wondering If I apply for 4 year Hospitality degree course in a university would this one and half year I spent on the college be counted towards the maximum 5 years I am allowed to stay on a level 6 course.

or whether they will allow me to apply for a new hospitality course as my last level 6 course was diploma in management.
