I am a Croatian Citizen and have applied for the blue registration certificate on the 3rd of July, got an acknowledgement from them on the 5th and they took the fee on the 8th. However I have a planned trip on the 9th of August and didn't want to risk not receiving my documents on time so I sent a fax to the number provided 2 days ago asking them to arrange my documents to be picked up by courier by the end of the month regardless of whether the application will have been processed by then or not.

Any ideas how they will let me know when I can pick them up (call,email,fax,letter)? Or should I keep faxing until I get a reply?
