Hi GURUS & Experts of this fantastic forum,

I know my situation is complex. Really need your help on this.

Please find below brief notes of my case:

1. Husband got ILR this month after 5 years as (WP+Tier2ICT -> ILR).
2. My visa status is as follows:
WP Dependant: June 2010 to Sep 2012
Extended to Tier2ICT dependent: Sep 2012 - Sep 2015
3. Now in India since Jan 2013 and had baby recently.

Questions:
1. Without changing to ILR dependent, can I enter UK with existing Tier2 dependent viss? (Though my husband is now on ILR)
2. For which visa should I apply for baby?
3. Lived in UK from June 2010 - Jan 2013. Can I and my baby both apply for ILR as soon as we both enter UK?

Thank You for sharing the above link and I have been reading the chain links available in the above post also.

However, I did not find answers for below queries. Can anyone please advice?

1. My Husband is not working any more for the Tier2 sponsored company. Is my visa still valid to enter UK?
2. As my husband is in UK. Can I only apply for my child in VFS India with my husband's financial documents? If Yes, what application form I should use VAF4A (Family Settlement) or VAF10 (PBS Dependent)?

Please advice??
