Suggestions Please

Hi guys, I had my interview few months back and today UKBA wrote to me telling they are sorry that they have lost my interview transcripts and they want to interview me again. They have asked me to get in touch with them to book a new date and venue. Is this acceptable? don't we have any rights at all to be treated fairly? How should I go from here? suggestions please.

Wow that's something new by UKBA . Have they given you any other option . Re interview might be better way to present yourself and gives chance to submit new documents .

Thanks mate. Yes, absolutely unheard and unprofessional. No they haven't given any other option. Worse is some of the originals were submitted with the last interview, I wonder from where I will manage to submit them again.

It depends what kind of docs . Did you kept xerox of them . Just write cover letter to case worker with xerox of docs . I hope they will accept it since its there mistake .

Yes I have copy of them and will do as you suggest.

Try to get new updated bank statements also and if you you had any other new contracts or invoices since your last interview . Good luck

It is not that difficult. The only thing is that when we surrender our rights in front of others then we think that it is not possible. Anyhow this is not difficult
