mother's visitor visa refused

Can someone help me advice on what documents we can supply to re-apply for my mothers visitor visa. The refusal reasons are as follows

You have not shown any evidence of your business and income and have shown no evidence of funds that you receive from your children.

You have not shown that your circumstance are as stated and that are such that only a visit is intended.


My mother business is a very small informal thing and we have no way of evidencing this. She submitted a bank statement in her name with over 700 us dollars and also evidence of owning 3 properties. her reason for coming to the uk is to share the joy of the birth of my child. We clarified that she will not be doing childcare duties. There is a confirmed return ticket for her and also an affidavit from me stating that she will go back.

Please help, what shud we do. The money she get from my brothers is cash in hand and i send money by western union and i will send receipts.
