Salaries mentioned in SOC 2010 are before tax or after tax?

Dear members,
Could someone please clarify if the salary thresholds mentioned in the new codes of practise SOC 2010 - are before tax or after tax ( gross / net ) ?

Im preparing my ILR Application, and am trying to understand the minimum salary thresholds mentioned in new COP.

It is before tax.
