Tier 1 General - parents visit

HI,

I am on Tier-1 General visa. I still do not have an ILR. I am planning to bring my parents here for visiting. Can you please help me with the following queries:

1) Which visa category should I apply them for?

2) How long can they stay here?

3) If they go back, can they come again?
