Best way to prompt UKBA to reply to SAR request?

Sent original request in March, UKBA responded that they received it in mid April. So, technically, there has been 2 months delay already. A couple of weeks ago, I complained by email to dataprotectionunit@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk and to 020 8196 0748 fax number, but there was no response so far. What else can I do?
