Tier 2 Dependent visa Maintenance

Please could anyone let me know the maintenance funds required for applying Tier 2 dependent visa ?

I am really with various answers in different links.

The link states that I should either have £600 or obtain letter from my employer.

Please could you confirm that required maintenance fund is £600 if possible please ?

Yes u need to ve 600 pounds in ur account or the sponsor of the tier general migrant should certify that they ll provide maintenance
