BN: I cant find 'first name' in the form! Am I daft?

Yeah I know what you all are thinking right now !

But still - why AN(TD) form has no first name field? Only surname

Well it has the field 'other names'. I guess this is for your first name and any other middle names you have. So instead of first middle and last, they have surname and other names. So John Doe Knight will write Knight as surname and John Doe in other names.

as the guide explain - the other name - are names what u might be called like Bob instead of Robert and if it is more than just your mom - then you ought to put it into the form.

I'd call them tomorrow to check where to write my name.
