Hello All,

Need help on my friend situation,

He got his workpermit on 06/06/02 for 1 year.

Then, he extended and received 2 yrs, was expired on 10/06/05.
Then agin, he extended and received, but only vaild until 25/04/07.

So, obviously he is about just over 1 month short for his ILR application after 5 yrs with workpermit.

We would like to know, how to go forward. Do we extend the workpermit or do we have to apply ILR.
