British passport- counter signatory

Could someone advice me pls.

its regarding counter signatory for my son's british passport.

can my friend who is a GP counter sign who has known us for 3 years.

A doctor is a good standing member of the community. There is a passport advice line, ring them if you're unsure it's all in the link above.
