Hello everyone ,

first of all , i want to thank all Admins and members who are helping people with all informations they need .

Second , i post already one subjet here and i got many clear informations .

now im married , with my polish wife who is living in london and have a permemant contrat as Manager in ZARA .

so , now we registring our marriage in Poland , and she will change her passeport and id with my name , and then going to apply for visa ( EEA FAMILY PERMIT as admin told me last time here)


BUT , CAN I FOUND SOMEONE HERE HAVE EXPERIENCE LIKE ME ??
aapplying FROM TUNISIA ?

i still have many question , and not clear idea about many points :

1/ what about english exam? this is necessary in my case ?

2/ did i need to proove my bank account , and my current situation here (work , study , in home) ??

3/ did she need to proove that SHE CAN SUPPORT ME with money and everything ??

4/ and about our marriage , we had it with all familly in official Municipaly with goverment officer in public , So what is they way to proove our GENIUS MARRIAGE AND RELATION IN DOCUMENTS AS THEY ASK ??

5/ We planning to fly together when i will get visa , can i buy tickets for BOTH and give them like a proove ???

You must show that:

1 you and your partner are both aged 18 or over at the date of application;
2 your partner is not related to you in a way that means you could not marry in UK law;
3 you and your partner have met in person;
4 your relationship with your partner is genuine and subsisting;
5 if you are married or in a civil partnership, your marriage or civil partnership is valid in UK law;
6 you meet the suitability requirements;
any previous relationship has permanently broken down (this does not apply to certain polygamous relationships);
7 you and your partner intend to live together permanently in the UK;
8 you meet the financial requirement;
9 you meet the English language requirement; and



MAYBE IM SO DEMANDING AND ASKING MILLION QUESTION BUT EXCUSE ME , I NEED YOUR HELP , AND HERE I CAN FIND THE RIGHT INFORMATIONS , I NEED YOUR ADVICE AND TO LEARN FROM OTHER EXPERIENCES.
