PBS dependent not listed in category when apply online

Hi ,
I am applying for Tier 1 General dependant for my wife in India. When I apply thru online , I don't see the category listed in Type of visa,

Following are the listed categories under Type of Visa,

1.Exempt
2.Other
3.Settlement
4.Study
5.Transit
6.Visit
7.Work

Is this a technical glitch ? or am I missing something ?
