Help needed-Tier 2 change of employment visa

Hi

I am planing to apply for Tier 2 change of employment visa very soon. Me and my wife are entitled for ILR in December 2013.

She already has Tier 2 dependent visa valid until February 2014.
My question is whether or not she needs to apply with me as Tier 2 dependent visa again when I have to change my employer?

Yes. The dependent visa is linked to your visa. If your visa ceases, so does theirs!

If you get a new Tier 2, they need to as well.
