G5 Old passport details

Hello All,

My dependant wife has 2 passport , her last name was changed so she got new passport in May 2010 .details are below .
new passport start date 19 may 2010
exp date 18 may 2020
old passport
start date - 22-nov 2007
exp 21-11-2017

In application form "G5" it is asked what is What is the expiry date of old passport .

I need to mention date as 19 may 2010 or 21-11-2017

thanks for reply hussain , But old passport has future date and once I got new passport I am confused how can i put future date .

As hussainkothari said, mention the expiry date on the old passport even if it is in future. They need the details of the old passport and not reasons for why new passport was issued.
