OCI supporting Documents for minor PIO card holders

Hi

HCI website has supporting documents for (a) persons born in India. However, there is no (b) for persons born outside India.

What are the supporting documents required for minor PIO card holders, when applying for OCI as a family?

It may have already been posted but I couldnot search properly.

Could someone re-post please.
