Change of Home address To a correspondence address.

Is it possible to change your home address after posting your ILR to a new correspondence address.

My friend house is under going renovation for one year, She has received acknowledge letter that has a reference number from home office after applying for ILR .

She wont be living in her home address for a period of 9months to 1 year due to renovation and has no access to the property. She will continue living in the same address after the repairs are finished.

Is it possible to write to Home Office to change her address to a new correspondence address where she can receive her documents/biometric card?
